Но специалисты советуют подавать проекты раньше.
В этом году увеличена сумма гранта: она составит 2,5 миллиона рублей для проектов ТОСов с регистрацией в качестве юридического лица и 1 миллион рублей - для проектов ТОСов без регистрации юридического лица.
Средства гранта можно направить на благоустройство придомовой территории, приобретение и установку детской или спортивной площадки, уличных тренажеров и спортивного инвентаря, горок, малых архитектурных форм и многого другого.
И пока ТОСы готовятся, предлагаем вспомнить проекты прошлых лет.
