Кстати, в этом году студентка Академии Гулнур Гусейнова, пройдя серьезный отбор и обучение, стала волонтером колл-центра «Прямой линии». В ее задачу входит обработка поступающих обращений. Уверен, что она отлично справится со своей задачей.
