Яркой получилась дискуссия в преддверии Международного фестиваля документального кино и медиапроектов в Центре Истинных Ценностей . В дискуссии приняла участие большая делегация педагогов и студентов Ростовского филиала ВГИК . Обсуждались вопросы - расширения географии и номинаций фестиваля , трансляции официального открытия фестиваля в интернете , более активного участия мастеров и студентов филиала в его программе . В программе фестиваля будет документальный фильм нашего мастера Валерия Тимощенко « Донбасс. Передовая . Казаки» , желаем успеха нашему фильму !

To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. On Feb. 27, however, he admitted from his Russian-language account that "Telegram channels are increasingly becoming a source of unverified information related to Ukrainian events." Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders.
