Мероприятие провел заместитель Председателя Правительства РФ Дмитрий Чернышенко.

☑️Вице-премьер отметил, что проектным комитетом одобрен паспорт нового национального проекта «Туризм и гостеприимство».
Государственной Думой принят бюджет.

По словам Дмитрия Чернышенко, благодаря реализации нацпроекта отдых в стране должен стать более доступным с точки зрения ценообразования и логистики, безопасным и комфортным.

Ключевые цели – обеспечить к 2030 году
▫️рост доли туризма в ВВП страны до 5% (по итогам 2023 года – 2,8%)
▫️числа турпоездок – до 140 млн
▫️экспорта туруслуг – в 3 раза в сравнении с уровнем 2023 года (2023 год – 3,6 млрд долларов).

He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea. This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. One thing that Telegram now offers to all users is the ability to “disappear” messages or set remote deletion deadlines. That enables users to have much more control over how long people can access what you’re sending them. Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals.
