31 января 2025 года , на Собрании представителей Владикавказа , были внесены изменения в устав города . В частности,упразднено второе название Владикавказа , Дзауджикау.
Напомню , что 15 мая 1990 года Верховный Совет СОАССР постановил,переименовать город Орджоникидзе в город Владикавказ и «восстановить традиционное народное название города Орджоникидзе и впредь на осетинском языке называть его Дзауджикау».
Наверное многие не знают , что ещё в Царской России,название нашего города писалось на двух языках : на русском-Владикавказ , а на осетинском-Дзауджикау. Тому есть много свидетельств.Сборник стихотворений Сека Гадиева «Осетинский пастух»,был издан во Владикавказе в 1905 году на осетинском языке. Обратите внимание ,что город на осетинском языке написан в книге,как Дзауджикау.
После революции,ничего не изменилось .В документах за 1928 и 1931 г.г.,на осетинском языке город пишется,как Дзауджикау.
Поэтому мне не понятно,почему историческое название Владикавказа,было официально упразднено в начале этого года?

Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. The message was not authentic, with the real Zelenskiy soon denying the claim on his official Telegram channel, but the incident highlighted a major problem: disinformation quickly spreads unchecked on the encrypted app. Update March 8, 2022: EFF has clarified that Channels and Groups are not fully encrypted, end-to-end, updated our post to link to Telegram’s FAQ for Cloud and Secret chats, updated to clarify that auto-delete is available for group and channel admins, and added some additional links.
