The Alchemist's Shack
Based on this recipe but i had to switch out the hops and aromatic malt with some substitutes since i couldnt get whats in the recipe Also switching out lactose with regular sugar since i could only buy it in bulk when i need just a little bit
turned out to taste very grassy, i suspect the skin on the ginger might be the culprit, i grated it and quite large portions of the skin came off but honestly cant be entirely sure
other than that its quite nice but unfortunately the grassy flavor is overpowering so i will be distilling it sometime soon

alchemist tries to make some sorta exotic, unusual recipe and fucking fails instead of just making a simple recipe and getting down the basics of beer award
the irish moss did however massively help remove the sediment issue i had with the pilsner previously and if i just use the same grain on its own itll likely make a nice beer
