При руководстве Стуканса из прокуратуры ушли 70 прокуроров, и за всё время не было ни одной громкой посадки политиков и чиновников, которые своими действиями нанесли ущерб Латвии (дело Кариньша, дело Rail Baltica, дело AirBaltic и т. д.).
