Для понимания ситуации в целом необходимо знать, отстраняют РОССИЯН/ допускают индивидуальных НЕЙТРАЛЬНЫХ спортсменов с паспортами РФ! Российские лыжники изначально официально заявили, что в НЕЙТРАЛЬНОМ статусе выступать не будут! Отсюда и решение международной федерации об "отстранении РОССИЯН"! Международные федерации допускают на международные соревнования спортсменов из России только в индивидуальном нейтральном статусе!
