Потерпевшему была диагностирована рубленная рана теменно-затылочной области черепа с переломом наружной затылочной пластины. В отношении агрессора возбуждено уголовное дело по статье «Умышленное причинение средней тяжести вреда здоровью с применением оружия или предметов, используемых в качестве оружия». Ему грозят нары на срок до 5 лет.
