Установка семи миниатюр (они являются копиями тех памятников, что были разрушены в странах ЕС) – это первый этап благоустройства, приуроченный к 80-летию Великой Победы. Статуи уже отлиты из бронзы и будут представлены на открытии экспозиции в апреле.

But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. The gold standard of encryption, known as end-to-end encryption, where only the sender and person who receives the message are able to see it, is available on Telegram only when the Secret Chat function is enabled. Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted. "Someone posing as a Ukrainian citizen just joins the chat and starts spreading misinformation, or gathers data, like the location of shelters," Tsekhanovska said, noting how false messages have urged Ukrainians to turn off their phones at a specific time of night, citing cybersafety.
