Оборудование эксплуатировалось без необходимого разрешения, сообщает объединенная пресс-служба судов Алтайского края.
В ходе рассмотрения дела было установлено, что рентгеновский аппарат MATRIX HP 32 использовался без санитарно-эпидемиологического заключения, подтверждающего соответствие условий работы с источниками ионизирующего излучения, что является нарушением ряда требований.
По решению Индустриального районного суда деятельность ООО КДЦ "Добрый доктор" в части эксплуатации рентгеновского оборудования приостановлена на 20 суток.
