Подумайте сами. Если бы вы были Сониным или Натальчуком. Неужто бы отказались от 18 миллиардов, а то и больше? Тут не жалко потратить миллион-другой на пиар-кампанию. Ну и само собой подключились и другие недавно "притесненные", чтобы отыграть инфоповод. Вот потому-то такие решения и называются тяжелыми. И умение их принимать - важный критерий способности к руководству.

They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. Pavel Durov, Telegram's CEO, is known as "the Russian Mark Zuckerberg," for co-founding VKontakte, which is Russian for "in touch," a Facebook imitator that became the country's most popular social networking site. Again, in contrast to Facebook, Google and Twitter, Telegram's founder Pavel Durov runs his company in relative secrecy from Dubai.
