По поручению Владимира Владимировича Путина возглавил рабочую группу Госсовета по обеспечению транспортно-логистического и социально-экономического развития Арктической зоны Российской Федерации.

Главная задача нашей рабочей группы - развитие инфраструктуры вокруг Северного морского пути.

Неоспоримое преимущество Севморпути - сокращение времени доставки грузов из Европы в Азию на 40% по сравнению с Южным коридором, проходящим через Суэцкий канал. А в текущих внешнеполитических условиях укрепление и развитие наших маршрутов имеет стратегическое значение для всей страны.

Уверен, при поддержке помощника Президента страны Левитина Игоря Евгеньевича и взаимодействии с госкомиссией под председательством вице-премьера Юрия Петровича Трутнева мы сможем добиваться новых важных решений для регионов Арктической зоны.

The gold standard of encryption, known as end-to-end encryption, where only the sender and person who receives the message are able to see it, is available on Telegram only when the Secret Chat function is enabled. Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups. The news also helped traders look past another report showing decades-high inflation and shake off some of the volatility from recent sessions.
