Сам Лобазнов вернулся из подразделения «Барс-Белгород» благодаря ротации руководящих чиновников, о котором просило правительство области. 14 ноября Лобазнов заявил, что его контракт о службе в «Барсе» «прекратил действовать», и он вернулся на работу в администрацию.
