📚Вчера, 25 февраля 2025 года, в Институте адвокатуры на Казанской, 7, состоялась четвертая лекция курса Комиссии по защите профессиональных прав адвокатов АП Санкт-Петербурга.

🎙Перед адвокатами выступил председатель Комиссии по ЗППА АП СПб, заместитель председателя Комиссии по ЗПА Совета ФПА РФ, советник ФПА РФ Краузе Сергей Владимирович.

📚Тема лекции «Уголовное преследование адвокатов в целях воспрепятствования их профессиональной деятельности» показала заинтересованность коллег в получении информации о потенциальных рисках профессии.

Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours.
