Myanmar:

The Three Brotherhood Alliance (an alliance of the MNDAA, TNLA and AA rebel groups) has announced a one-month-long ceasefire between them and the State Administrative Council (SAC) due to the humanitarian effects of the magnitude 7.7 earthquake which struck Myanmar on March 28.

They advocated for domestic and international rescue teams currently engaged in emergency relief and search operations to "carry out their work with peace of mind". They stated that they "will not initiate offensive operations, except in cases of self-defence."

Despite this, the SAC did not agree with this ceasefire, and attacks continued in various parts of the country, with 4 airstrikes targeting the town of Intaw (Saigang region), and drones strikes targeting the village of La Myan in the Kachin region. The town of Mindat (Chin region) was also targeted with two 500-pound bombs, while further airstrikes targeted Kanpetlet village (Chin state) and Taung Hla and Gow Rakh villages (Shan state).
A fire broke out at an administrative building in Krasnopillya, Sumy Oblast after a Russian KAB glide-bomb attack. 13 KABs and at least 1 MLRS attack targeted the Krasnopillya area alone over the past 24 hours.

Russian KAB glide-bombs are increasingly being used in Sumy Oblast, especially in Krasnopillya and Yunakivka.

What's happened in The Middle East today?

I've missed a decent amount of news from there over the past 24 hours, so here is a recap of all the major events in each part of the region.

Syria:
Israel launched a major push into the Daraa governorate of southern Syria. Tanks and other armoured vehicles advanced to the city of Nawa, where they faced resistance by the local population who took up arms against them, and possibly the Islamic Resistance of Syria. Israeli artillery shelling then targeted the city, while 6 Apache helicopters fired upon targets.

Israeli airstrikes also targeted parts of the Daraa Governorate. Tanks targeted the edges of the city as well as the former Russian outpost at Tal al-Jumu in the western part of the Daraa governorate.

Israeli sources report that multiple Israeli soldiers were injured in the clashes with Syrians in Nawa. The IDF imposed censorship on events in Syria shortly afterwards.

The HTS-led Syrian government withdrew heavy equipment, including tanks, from the Daraa governorate to Damascus as a result of the Israeli incursions.

Unconfirmed reports from various sources, including the Saudi outlet al-Arabiya, stated that an Israeli reconnaissance drone was shot down over Al-Jubayliyah, southern Syria, however the IDF denied the claims.

At least 15 Israeli airstrikes targeted ammunition depots and military aircraft at Hama air base, western Syria leading to the near-complete destruction of the air base.

The HTS-led Syrian foreign ministry condemned the Israeli airstrikes on Hama, stating that dozens of civilians and HTS military personnel were injured.

Gaza:
An Israeli airstrike targeted a UNRWA clinic in northern Gaza. Reports suggest that 22 people were killed, while a number of others were injured.

The Saraya Al-Quds brigades (armed wing of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad) launched two rockets from Jabalia, northern Gaza, towards the Israeli town of Sderot. The IDF reported that they were both intercepted by the Israeli Air Force.

In response to the rocket fire, the IDF issued evacuation orders for parts of the cities of Beit Hanoun and Jabalia in Northern Gaza, urging civilians to flee to flee south to Gaza City.

The IDF continued their offensive operations in southern Gaza. Non-stop artillery and airstrikes targeted Rafah as Israeli tanks and other armoured vehicles moved to encircle the Tal al-sultan district of the city. The IDF is now reporting that they have completed the encirclement. The previous satellite imagery from the area suggests that this is true.

Israeli airstrikes continued across various parts of the Gaza Strip resulting in numerous casualties among Palestinian civilians.

Yemen:
As many as 20 U.S. airstrikes were carried out on the Saada governorate of Yemen.

A U.S. drone strike targeted a vehicle in the town of Qahza, Sana'a governorate, in an apparent assassination strike. Reports state that one person was killed, and two others injured.

Lebanon:
Several Israeli airstrikes targeted southwestern Lebanon, including the town of Naqoura. Sirens sounded at the UNIFIL base in Naqoura.

Israeli reconnaissance drones continued to fly over various parts of southern Lebanon, including the cities of Tyre and Nabatieh.

West Bank:
The IDF continued their military operations in the cities of Jenin and Tulkarm, and stormed a number of settlements, including the cities of Nablus and Ramallah (the Palestinian capital).
I'm gonna leave this post as a suggestion box for any suggestions you might have to improve my middle east or Ukraine maps (whether that be the map update posts or the base maps themselves).

Myanmar: The Three Brotherhood Alliance (an alliance of the MNDAA, TNLA and AA rebel groups) has announced a one-month-long ceasefire between them and the State Administrative Council (SAC) due to the humanitarian effects of the magnitude 7.7 earthquake which…
The State Administrative Council (SAC) has announced the implementation of a 20-day ceasefire with rebel forces. They stated that they will not attack rebel or ethnic armed groups unless they attack SAC military bases, harass military headquarters, gather forces, prepare for war, or expand their territory. This comes despite military leader Min Aung Hlaing saying yesterday that his forces would continue to attack rebel forces.

Additionally, the Kachin Independance organisation (KIO) and the Kachin Independance Army (KIA), announced that they will suspend all offensive operations, except for defensive operations during the 20-day period.

Despite the newly announced temporary ceasefires, the SAC continued to launch airstrikes. Airstrikes were once again carried out on Kanpetlet and Mindat towns in the Chin State, with 2 airstrikes on each town. Additionally, a drone strike was carried out on a house in the village of Samase in the northern Shan State, reportedly killing one local resident.
