💬Обсудили текущие проблемы разрешения судебных споров в судебном и во внесудебном порядке, исполнения судебных решений, перспектив и возможностей обязательной медиации.
Вопросов назрело много, выделенного времени едва хватило. Но все спикеры успели выступить! Важно, что с проблемами, озвученными адвокатами, согласились и другие участники стола 🤝
