В прошедшую пятницу (13.12) АРВИС провела гостевую лекцию для студентов Базовой кафедры ППК РЭО в РЭУ им. Г.В. Плеханова

В ходе лекции студентам была презентована текущая регуляторная база по использованию вторичных ресурсов промышленности в хозяйственном обороте, представлены живые кейсы из работы АРВИС.

Совместно со студентами провели деловую игру переговоров двух хозяйствующих субъектов на примере использования золошлаков ТЭС в производстве строительной продукции в контексте принятия распоряжений Правительства 2094 и 2330.

В завершающей части лекция студентам была представлена программа зимней стажировка в АРВИС

Pavel Durov, a billionaire who embraces an all-black wardrobe and is often compared to the character Neo from "the Matrix," funds Telegram through his personal wealth and debt financing. And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform. A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback. The message was not authentic, with the real Zelenskiy soon denying the claim on his official Telegram channel, but the incident highlighted a major problem: disinformation quickly spreads unchecked on the encrypted app. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe.
