«Грамотнее не ждать, а поражать пусковые установки в России в случае, если она на нас нападет. Необходима комбинация высокоточных ударов, которые выведут из строя системы, используемые для нападения на нас, и мы должны нанести первый удар», — сказал Бауэр. Он добавил, что Североатлантический альянс должен восполнить свои запасы оружия, обновить комплексы ПВО и системы нанесения высокоточных ударов.
