В 2017 году собирательной Персоной Года по версии "Time" стали «Нарушители молчания» - люди, которые выступили против сексуального насилия, рассказав в соцсетях о сексуальных домогательствах в свой адрес.

He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
