Путин объявил военное положение в ЛНР, ДНР, Херсонской и Запорожской областях
В Донецкой и Луганской народных республиках, Херсонской и Запорожской областях вводится с 00:00 20 октября военное положение. Об этом говорится в тексте указа президента РФ Владимира Путина, опубликованного в среду, 19 октября.
Глава государства поручил правительству РФ в трехдневный срок представить предложениях о мерах, которые будут примять на территориях, на которых ввели военное положение. О принятом решении глава государства также сообщил на заседании Совета безопасности РФ. Он нем знает и Госдума РФ.
Президент России напомнил, что на территориях четырех регионов до их вступления в состав страны уже действовал режим военного положения. Теперь его предстоит оформить в рамках законодательства РФ. В связи с этим глава государства и подписал указ о введении военного положения на этих территориях.
