"Мы проанализировали эти объемы и предлагаем из 28 миллионов тонн 10 отдать под угольную промышленность, и почти 18 миллионов тонн - под остальные грузы".
Половина поедет из Кузбасса (что соответствует поручению президента), половину распределят между другими регионами.
Большой привел цифры по перевозкам контейнеров в полувагонах, разгрузившихся углем в портах - уже отправлено более 20 млн тонн грузов и до конца года будет еще 10 млн тонн.
