Директор музея истории Екатеринбурга Игорь Пушкарев презентовал масштабный проект археологического музея-парка в 18 км от Екатеринбурга, в районе палкинского торфяника, где были обнаружены стоянки древних людей. Эти места также называют уральским Стоунхенджем – на участке было обнаружено 15 памятников древности и сделано порядка 500 тысяч археологических находок.
Идея проекта родилась еще 30 лет назад, и теперь ее получится воплотить в виде музея «Истоки Исети». Задумано, что парк будет состоять из нескольких тематических зон. Это будет палеодеревня с тремя типами домов, гончарной мастерской, зонами выделки шкур, ткачества и плетения, охоты и рыболовства. Побывав здесь, современный человек сможет немного окунуться в далекое прошлое.

Given the pro-privacy stance of the platform, it’s taken as a given that it’ll be used for a number of reasons, not all of them good. And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides.
