По голосованию присяжных приговором Рязанского областного суда от 10 января 2025 года Александр Рогачёв по кличке Боцман второй раз был оправдан по заказу на убийство своего партнёра по бизнесу пассажирских перевозок Алексея Громова. Теперь проверкой установлено, что на стадии формирования коллегии присяжных заседателей, двое кандидатов скрыли сведения об имеющейся судимости у них и их близких родственников.

Подано апелляционное представление.

P.S. Ранее были задержаны и получили внушительные сроки, как исполнители, так и организаторы, которые назвали Александра Рогачёва заказчиком убийства Алексея Громова.
