В регионах России продолжается и даже увеличивается сокращение вакантных ставок в медицинских учреждениях.
Вместо того, чтобы привлекать на работу новых врачей, медсестер и санитарок, предлагая им более высокую зарплату и лучшие условия труда, руководителям больниц проще уменьшить число не занятых ставок – в этом случае на бумаге все будет выглядеть так, что недостатка персонала в учреждении нет.
Очевидно, что выиграют от такой схемы только главврачи, формально устранившие дефицит кадров. Остальным же работающим в больницах людям, а также пациентам станет от этого только хуже.
