Писал “патентный юрист" и описался (в смысле ошибся): латентный юрист. Чтобы это значило? Может латентный юрист – это человек с высшим юробразованием, но работающий помощником машиниста? Или это директор юрфирмы в форме ООО (тоже, кстати, человек с высшим юридическим, хотя бывает всякое)? А может быть латентный юрист – это обычный человек с болезненной тягой к нарциссизму и выяснению отношений? В любом случае, остается оттенок некой противоестественности, наверно из-за устойчивой связи с другим нехорошим словом. Всем пока, пошел спать.

Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. The channel appears to be part of the broader information war that has developed following Russia's invasion of Ukraine. The Kremlin has paid Russian TikTok influencers to push propaganda, according to a Vice News investigation, while ProPublica found that fake Russian fact check videos had been viewed over a million times on Telegram. Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred."
