الأمر بأداء مهمة الدعوة وإبلاغ الرسالة، الإشارة إلى الاستهزاء العظيم، والافتراءات والأقوال المسمومة، وأثرها على قلب النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، ثم بيان علم الله بكل ما يحصل، ومعيته وتصبيره وتثبيته لعبده الذي يبلغ رسالته، وتبشيع ملة المشركين المعرضين، ووعده الجازم بهزيمتهم وتحقق سنته فيهم، ثم إعطاؤه نبيه صلى الله عليه وسلم أسباب الأنس والقرب والثبات، بوصيته إياه بالإعراض عن المعرضين، والإقبال على رب العالمين، بالصلاة والتسبيح والتعظيم حتى الممات.
