Anbei meine Strafanzeige in obiger Sache, Polizeiwillkür gegen Dr. Daniel Langhans, heute in Aichach.

Wer in Deutschland die Polizei nach einer Rechtsgrundlage fragt muss damit rechnen, gewaltsam in Gewahrsam genommen zu werden.

"Regierungsfaschisten" ist nicht strafbar, da es an einer Individualisierung der Betroffenen fehlt (Deutschland hat 17 Bundes- und Landesregierungen) und es sich wohl um eine in diesem Kontext zulässige Meinung handelt. Wobei man natürlich in Deutschland nur Oppositionelle als Faschisten bezeichnen "darf", (weitestgehend) keine Regierungsmitglieder. Zur Nachahmung daher alles nicht empfohlen.

Hier Verleumdung seitens der Polizei zu prüfen zeigt, dass diese keine Ahnung hat, was sie macht. Offenbar möchte die Polizei in Aichach den Wahrheitsbeweis bezüglich "Regierungsfaschisten" antreten.
