وكان هذا الشرح منشورا على الشبكة عام ١٤٣٧ هـ، وأرسلتْ به إليّ بعض الباحثات بارك الله فيها، فانتفعتُ به، وقرأته مرارا، وهو حقيق بذلك وأحرى.
وفي الصُّور: تجد كلام المؤلف عن منهجه في شرحه، نفع الله به وتقبَّله.

Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. "Russians are really disconnected from the reality of what happening to their country," Andrey said. "So Telegram has become essential for understanding what's going on to the Russian-speaking world." This provided opportunity to their linked entities to offload their shares at higher prices and make significant profits at the cost of unsuspecting retail investors. In 2018, Russia banned Telegram although it reversed the prohibition two years later.
