Ранее суды, теперь подконтрольная МВД Эстонии НКО «Эстонский район» вынуждена просить о перераспределении выделенных средств. Иронично, как раньше они смеялись над фразой: «Денег нет, но вы держитесь». Видимо, реальность догнала и их.
