Полигоны #АРГО всё.

Закрыты полигоны под курортным #Ессентуки и #МинВоды

Теперь уже не временно.

Есть ещё третий по #КМВ, но мы им не занимались - надо же оставить хоть какое то место накопления мусора, пока местные и краевые власти выполнят указания Москвы и не слишком успешны в организации сортировки.

Ну то есть отчётами то уже не получится дыры в действительности прикрывать.
Так во всяком случае считает #ПрезидентРоссии, глава #СКР_РФ, председатель #СовФед_РФ ну и несколько уверенно вставших на путь защиты 42 и 58 статей #Конституция_России, депутатов #ГД

Теперь конечно важно следить как это все будет рекультивироваться, как выплачиваться ущерб и как бы опять не случилось #контролируемое_горение

Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read." The message was not authentic, with the real Zelenskiy soon denying the claim on his official Telegram channel, but the incident highlighted a major problem: disinformation quickly spreads unchecked on the encrypted app. Unlike Silicon Valley giants such as Facebook and Twitter, which run very public anti-disinformation programs, Brooking said: "Telegram is famously lax or absent in its content moderation policy." Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised.
