В музей Мариинского дворца, командиром нашего полка Михаилом Когоном были переданы два украинских беспилотных летательных аппарата, сбитых бойцами Гвардейского Ленинградского полка в зоне специальной военной операции в Луганской области.

Наша экспозиция, посвященная СВО формируется с прошлого года. Большая часть экспонатов поступила от «Ленинградского полка».

Санкт-Петербурга с самого начала специальной военной операции действует по принципу «своих не бросаем». Ведь наши жители города прекрасно помнят и чтут историю героических подвигов ленинградцев в годы Великой Отечественной войны. Где плечом к плечу сражались их предки. Я надеюсь, что нынешние защитники нашего государства, как и 80 лет тому назад, вскоре вернутся домой с Победой.

The channel appears to be part of the broader information war that has developed following Russia's invasion of Ukraine. The Kremlin has paid Russian TikTok influencers to push propaganda, according to a Vice News investigation, while ProPublica found that fake Russian fact check videos had been viewed over a million times on Telegram. This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. Again, in contrast to Facebook, Google and Twitter, Telegram's founder Pavel Durov runs his company in relative secrecy from Dubai. And indeed, volatility has been a hallmark of the market environment so far in 2022, with the S&P 500 still down more than 10% for the year-to-date after first sliding into a correction last month. The CBOE Volatility Index, or VIX, has held at a lofty level of more than 30.
