Мера правильная. Текущие реалии определяют необходимость изменения сознания в этой части. Брать за мерило доллар уже нет никакого смысла, а вот юань — вполне. Главное, чтобы процесс дедолларизации экономики не привел к ее юанизации.
Что касается прогноза Минэка, то выглядит он странновато. Сейчас на бирже курс юаня равен 13,09 рублям. И вряд ли произойдет его ослабление.
