В нашем случае, у клиента возникла проблема с возвратом от всем известной школы ГикБрейнс: после месяца обучения они ни в какую не захотели добровольно возвращать деньги за весь курс (12 месяцев), хотя по ст. 32 Закона о защите прав потребителей должны. Пришлось судиться.
Провозились почти год, но результат того стоил. Решение в нашу пользу, помимо основной суммы взыскали штраф в размере 50% от суммы, моральный вред и расходы на меня. Деньги сегодня перечислили на основании исполнительного листа.

Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered.
