Почему так? Деньги клиентка перевела одному из юристов на карту. К сожалению, никаких данных этого юриста у нас нет. Только его телефон, по которому переводили деньги.
В иске я указал, чтобы суд запросил в банке необходимые сведения для привлечения загадочного Романа Р. в качестве соответчика.
Но нифига подобного. Нам пишут, что так нельзя, уточняйте исковые. А КАК? Где мы его данные найдем? Нам их никто не даст, т.к. это банковская тайна.
Уже сдали им объяснения. Если вернут иск - будем обжаловать.

"Someone posing as a Ukrainian citizen just joins the chat and starts spreading misinformation, or gathers data, like the location of shelters," Tsekhanovska said, noting how false messages have urged Ukrainians to turn off their phones at a specific time of night, citing cybersafety.
