Сейчас идёт работа по поиску кандидатов на замену тем, кто уйдёт в отставку по возрасту. В этом году по возрасту в отставку по достижении 70 лет уйдут сразу четыре из 11 судей Конституционного суда (КС). На двоих – председателя КС Валерия Зорькина и его заместителя Сергея Маврина – такие возрастные ограничения не распространяются с 2010 г.
Чтобы КС мог собираться и принимать правомочные решения, кворум должен составлять не менее восьми судей. В Совет Федерации предложения по кандидатам на должности судей вносит глава государства.

The Russian invasion of Ukraine has been a driving force in markets for the past few weeks. The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram. Either way, Durov says that he withdrew his resignation but that he was ousted from his company anyway. Subsequently, control of the company was reportedly handed to oligarchs Alisher Usmanov and Igor Sechin, both allegedly close associates of Russian leader Vladimir Putin. The message was not authentic, with the real Zelenskiy soon denying the claim on his official Telegram channel, but the incident highlighted a major problem: disinformation quickly spreads unchecked on the encrypted app. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion.
