С 5 февраля, согласно вступающему в силу 247-ФЗ конфискованное имущество, ставшее орудием совершения или предметом административного правонарушения, можно будет передавать в собственность регионов.
Перечень имущества, подлежащего передаче утвержден правительством, в нем: бытовая химия, продовольствие и сельхозпродукция, телефоны, компьютерная и бытовая техника, лекарства и мебель.
Субъекты РФ смогут использовать такое имущество по целевому назначению, в том числе в качестве оказания гуманитарной помощи населению.

Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise.
