В тот же день было проведено комиссионное обследование и составлен акт. В квартире, залитой фекальными отходами, стоял резкий запах канализации. 16 января 2024 года был составлен повторный акт осмотра квартиры, которым зафиксированы повреждения ламината по всей площади квартиры, мебели, техники, стен и т.д. Из-за невозможности проживания в квартире женщина была вынуждена с семьей снимать жилье. 5 февраля 2024 года истец направила ответчику письменное требование о компенсации ущерба, но получила отказ.
