Он же является совладельцем и гендиректором ООО «Водоканалсети», соучредителем (50%) которой выступает Ангелина Толкачева – экс-супруга помощника Владимира Бурматова, депутата Металлургического райсовета Челябинска Юрия Панова. Объем контрактов, заключенных «Водоканалсетями» с МУП «ПОВВ» исчисляется несколькими десятками миллионов рублей, их исполнение также сейчас проверяют Контрольно-счетная палата области и силовики.
