Новосибирские полицейские направили в суд уголовное дело в отношении 50-летнего сутенера и его пяти подельниц. Об этом сообщили в пресс-службе ГУ МВД региона 24 января.
— Криминальный лидер распределял между подельникам роли, а также определял график работы, виды и стоимость оказываемых сексуальных услуг. Помимо этого организатор арендовал квартиру, где проживали женщины, которые непосредственно занимались предоставлением интимных услуг, — отметили в главке областного МВД.
При обыске у сутенера нашли визитки и «используемые при оказании интимных услуг предметы».
Уголовное дело об организации занятия проституцией и занятии проституцией (ч. 3 ст. 240 и ч. 1 ст. 241 УК) направлено в суд. Ранее судимые за аналогичные преступления сутенер находится под стражей, подельницы — под подпиской о невыезде.
