Der erste Kriminalhauptkommissar trat bereits zum dritten Mal als Zeuge auf – seine Aussagen führten jedoch eher zu neuen Fragen als zu Klarheit. Insbesondere wurde deutlich, dass die Polizei in diesem Verfahren offenbar nur eine Nebenrolle spielte, während die Staatsanwaltschaft und die Steuerfahndung die eigentliche Kontrolle über die Hausdurchsuchungen und Ermittlungen innehatten.
