Zubereitung: Zwiebel schälen und klein schneiden.Hokkaido ebenfalls kleinschneiden. Olivenöl in einem Topf erwärmen und das Gemüse darin unter Rühren anbraten. Linsen, Risoni-Nudeln gehackte Tomaten, Kokosmilch und Gewürze zugeben, sowie ca. 200 ml Wasser. Bei mittlerer Hitze mit aufgelegtem Deckel für ca. 15 Minuten köcheln lassen, dabei gelegentlich umrühren und nach Bedarf mehr Wasser beigeben. Vor dem Servieren Spinat Unterheben und etwas ziehen lassen. Fertig zum Anrichten und Genießen
