Alle trockenen Zutaten zusammen verrühren. Dann die Butter und das Ei dazu geben. Alles gut zu einem Teig verrühren. Teig in zwei Rollen formen und ca. 1cm Stücke abschneiden. Stücke zu einer Kugel formen, Mulde mittig eindrücken und mit Giotto belegen. Auf ein gefettetes Backblech legen und backen. Plätzchen nach dem Auskühlen mit Haselnußkuvertüre verzieren. Bei 180° Ober- und Unterhitze für 10-12 min Backen.
