Das Kokosmus über dem Wasserbad schmelzen, Sirup und Kokosflocken und Gewürz dazugeben. Gut vermengen und 3-4 Minuten in die Tiefkühltruhe oder 20 Minuten im Kühlschrank etwas fest werden lassen. In der Zwischenzeit die Kokosflocken und Nadeln pulverisieren. Aus der Masse nun Bällchen formen und im Kokos-Nadelbaumpulver wälzen.
Haltbar: mehrere Wochen im Kühlschrank. Ihr könnt also auf Vorrat produzieren und euch und anderen an den Pralinen erfreuen!
