Die Blüten füllen wir in eine Flasche, geben den Kandis dazu und füllen mit dem Schnaps auf. Wir haben den Likör nun 6 Monate lang ziehen lassen, aber es gehen auch 2 Monate. Danach durch ein Tuch filtern, in eine schöne Flasche füllen und nach weiteren 1 bis 3 Monaten Ruhezeit munden lassen. Wer seinen Likör nicht so stark mag, verwendet nur 350 ml Trinkalkohol und kocht erst einmal einen Sirup aus 150 g Zucker oder Kandiszucker und 100 ml Wasser, lässt ihn abkühlen und gibt ihn dann mit den Blüten und dem Alkohol in eine Flasche, ansonsten wie oben verfahren.
