🍂 So geht's Pflaumenkompott zubereiten: Pflaumen waschen, halbieren, entkernen und mit etwas Wasser kurz köcheln lassen. Zimt und Kardamom dazugeben. Gegarte Maroni in einer Pfanne mit etwas Kokosfett erhitzen. Kompott auf einem Teller anrichten und Maroni drübergeben. Wer mag, kann darüber noch etwas Kokosmus bröseln.
