Hier mal ein einfaches #Grundrezept für #Salbe
Ihr braucht dazu:
100 ml Kräuteröl 8-15 g #Bienenwachs
Wie ihr ein Kräuteröl macht, haben wir euch am 2.2.21 oben vorgestellt
Füllt das Kräuteröl in ein hitzebeständiges Glas oder Keramikschüssel Stellt dieses in ein Wasserbad und lasst es 15 min leicht köcheln, damit Restwasser aus dem Öl verdampfen kann.
Gebt nun das Bienenwachs hinzu in rührt es um, bis es geschmolzen ist
Um die Koniszent zu überprüfen, nehmt einen Löffel Salbe auf einen Teller. Sie sollte nicht zu fest werden und leicht zu verreiben sein. Gegeben falls Öl oder Bienenwachs dazu geben. Nun könnt ihr die Salbe abgießen, verschließen und dunkel aufbewahren.
Noch ein Tipp
Wenn ihr kein Kräuteröl habt, könnt ihr auch einen kräftigen Teeaufguss verwenden. Dabei sollte Tee und Fett die selbe Zimmertemperatur haben.
Ihr könnt eure #Salbe auch mit ätherischen Ölen aufpeppen.
