Красногвардейский районный суд г. Санкт-Петербурга рассмотрел ходатайство следствия об избрании меры пресечения в виде заключения под стражу Александру Горшеневу, обвиняемому в совершении преступлений, предусмотренных ч.4 ст.160 УК РФ, пп.а,в,г ч.7 ст.204, ч.8 ст.204 УК РФ (2 эпизода.)
06.07.2022 Горшенев задержан в порядке ст.91 УПК РФ. 07.07.2022 ему было предъявлено обвинение. Вину не признал. 07.07.2022 продлён срок задержания на 72 часа.
Суд ходатайство следствия удовлетворил, избрав Горшеневу стражу по 04.09.2022.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp.
