Василеостровский районный суд г. Санкт-Петербурга принял обеспечительные меры в виде ареста счетов Андрея Шорникова, его супруги и дочери
В рамках подготовки к рассмотрению искового заявления прокурора ЛО об обращении имущества (43 876 373.50 рублей) в доход государства, суд арестовал счета Шорникова в 4 банках, супруги Шорникова в 2 банках и дочери ответчика в 1 банке в пределах заявленной суммы. Причем арестованы как деньги, которые находятся на счетах сейчас, так и те, которые поступят в будущем.
Заметим, что в Санкт-Петербургский городской суд поступило для рассмотрения в апелляционном порядке гражданское дело по иску Главы муниципального образования Кировского муниципального района Ленинградской области к Шорникову о расторжении контракта. Судом первой инстанции иск был удовлетворен.
