Также под блокировку попал размещенный на сайте проект помощи эмигрантам «Ковчег». В рамках этого проекта волонтеры давали бесплатные консультации людям, покинувшим Россию после начала войны — по поводу получения документов на проживание, открытия банковских счетов и виз, а также поиска жилья.
«Антивоенный комитет России» создали оппозиционные и общественные деятели, находящиеся в эмиграции. Среди них — Михаил Ходорковский, Дмитрий Гудков, Гарри Каспаров, Владимир Кара-Мурза, Сергей Гуриев, Борис Зимин,Евгений Чичваркин.

Russians and Ukrainians are both prolific users of Telegram. They rely on the app for channels that act as newsfeeds, group chats (both public and private), and one-to-one communication. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones. Russian President Vladimir Putin launched Russia's invasion of Ukraine in the early-morning hours of February 24, targeting several key cities with military strikes. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. To that end, when files are actively downloading, a new icon now appears in the Search bar that users can tap to view and manage downloads, pause and resume all downloads or just individual items, and select one to increase its priority or view it in a chat.
